  • Woman killed by 'cement truck' in north London

    A 79-year-old woman has died after reportedly being hit by a cement truck in north London this morning. Emergency services, including London’s Air Ambulance, raced to the scene in Pratt Street, near Camden High Street, after the crash at 9.35am. A spokesman for the London Ambulance Service said they had been called to reports of a road traffic accident. He said: “We sent two ambulance crews and a team leader to the scene, alongside London's Air Ambulance.  "Sadly a person died at the scene."
